DIGITAL FILES & PATTERNS:

By purchasing and/or using my digital seamless pattern designs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase these patterns.

Due to the nature of digital files, there will be no returns, exchanges or refunds. If there is a problem with your file, please let me know. Please review product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense these files. You may not alter or recolor them in any way. You may not disassemble or use individual elements contained in the pattern. Do not use these patterns to create any merchandise or advertisement that is illegal or offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All intellectual property rights for each exclusive and non-exclusive pattern or illustration remains with Malina Prints. Licenses do not transfer any ownership rights. Custom designs include full ownership to the buyer.

NON-EXCLUSIVE PATTERNS:

Non-exclusive patterns can be purchased by an unlimited amount of people. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Patterns can be used for both personal and commercial use, with an unlimited amount of end products.

EXCLUSIVE PATTERNS:

Exclusive patterns can only be purchased by one person. First come, first served. Upon purchase, you are granted an exclusive, non-transferable license. These patterns can be used for both personal and commercial use, with an unlimited amount of end products.

CUSTOM PATTERNS AND ILLUSTRATIONS:

Custom patterns and illustrations include full rights and ownership after purchase. A deposit of $150 will be required to start your design. Full payment must be received before I send your files. Files will be delivered via email in 12x12 inch PNG format unless otherwise agreed upon.
